Default Hinge pin or total hinge? Help please

Ok so here are a couple of pictures and a short video of my driver side door. My question is do I replace the pin and bushing or will I have to replace the entire hinge?
I'm trying to figure out how to go about doing either honestly lol. Any and all help is beyond greatly appreciated thanks guys!

Holy cow, that's bad. Looks like the whole hinge is warped/bent. I replaced my door pins and bushings but don't know where you'd find that main pin.

Pins and bushings will help, but, I don't think the kits come with the bushings for the little lever that holds the door open.... I suspect you will have to replace the whole hinge.

You can make it work I did. Just have have to buy two kits per door. My problem is the spring is not longer putting tension against it

No I just believe it lost tension over time. Even when the truck is on flat ground passenger door won't stay open. I cut both pins, and yard one kit for the top and one for the bottom. The bushing isn't tight as I would have liked but it isn't lose either.

There are kits that include the cocking pin and bushing as well. Secondly, notice that the cocking bar is splayed out where it meets with the cocking roller. File that down n, like magic it'll work jjust fine again. I had to do it to mine n it works fine now
