Default Steering Wheel Horn Buttons

Hello, my horn buttons are sticking pretty bad, so bad that I had to use my pocket knife to unjam one of them from honking. Anyone have any solutions for fixing those horn buttons? What is the best way to go about repairing them? Has anyone ever gone with an aftermarket or a newer steering wheel on their truck to have the horn in the center of the wheel rather than the two horn buttons? Any links for something like that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Could try taking it apart, and cleaning them.... There is an airbag there though, so, gotta be REAL careful. (leave the battery disconnected for about 20 minutes before you even TOUCH the steering wheel.)
