Had alot of dents in my passenger door and went to a parts yard to get a replacement. Turns out the doors from 99-02 Dodge rams aren't interchangeable? From what I can tell single and club cab passenger front doors are all the same but quad cabs (with rear opening doors) are slightly different? Can anyone weigh in on this?

That is correct. Single cab and club cab doors are the same. Quad cab doors are different. The bottom rear corner of the door is different.
