Default Front Dana 44

So I have a passenger side leak. What is there for bearings in this axle cuz I have a wobble too. Seems like passenger side. Is it just the diff left and right bearings? And how many seals?

There is a seal that you can get to thru the cad. With the axle out, you can replace that. Bearings are just the unit bearing the wheels bolt to.

There are carrier bearings inside the differential, however, those usually don't have issues unless the differential has been seriously low on oil or some other sort of serious abuse.

ok so would that seal being worn cause a vibration at all? Does it help center the axle at all?

Nope. Just a seal. Driveline vibrations, I generally have a hard look at u-joints, or tire balance first.
