Drivers window switch not getting power
As the title states, I'm not getting power to the drivers window switch. Passenger switch works fine as long as drivers switch is plugged in. I swapped the switch and no change. I jumped power through the red wire and that made only the lock switch work but not the window. Anyone know which wire is power for the windows? Opened up the door panel and the flex tube in the door hinge, no sign of broken wires.

I was chasing a similar problem on a 2nd Gen 4Runner and it was a grounding issue. Running an independent ground to the door fixed the problem. Grounding through the hinge pins is dubious at best.
Not saying this is your problem but jumpering a ground straight to the motor for troubleshooting is a 5 second ordeal, assuming door panel is removed.

In both the 95 and 01 wiring diagrams the power to the window switch is a tan wire. If the passenger side works (needs to driver side switch for grounds) then the problem is between the splice for the two sides and the switch itself.
Can you use a power probe to test the window motor? That will allow you to switch power and ground. Also do you have power door looks? It could also be a central timing module or (CTM) if you have one.
