Default Engine identification help

Just trying to look for information on a motor for a rebuild I have a 5.2 out of a 2001 5 speed 4 wheel drive 1500. Replacement engine I bought I can't find info on casting numbers online about it it's casting #53006714 says 318 afterwards and then 27 after that and on the passenger side of the block it has 9-13-93 stamped on it.. what little information I could find it says it's a roller tappet cam with custom roller rockers and I have no idea what they're talking about. if anybody has any more information I would appreciate it.. thank you in advance..

this is the closest to my casting numbers as I can find anywhere need help please.. It is a EGR motor but deleting that and using the moded intake off my 01...

01 should have been roller lifters as well. If it wasn't, then either the cam was changed, or, the whole motor was. It didn't come stock that way.
