unknown tbh. It was a used engine I paid $200 for after mine blew up. The guy said it had maybe 160k on it he wasn’t for sure he us led it out and it sat in a barn for 2 years. I put the engine in. Put about 10k on it. Head gasket blew. I did a budget rebuild on it. New gaskets seals and stuff on it. Double roller timing gear with +4 timing advance. Other then that it still has all the original internals. And it’s probably gots out 190k on it now

I didn’t. Mainly because I have another engine I’m in the process of building. If you plan on turning more than 5k rpm a lot then better springs would be ideal. But if your just looking for a daily that’s going to be below 3k 90% or the time then the stock ones will be fine

ok perfect, I think I've only hit 5k once for the year I've been driving this truck. Anyone know how these affect mpg?

in combination with everything I have. I still only get at most 11mpg on interstate cruise set at 70-75 before all that stuff done. I got 10mpg

I can’t answer that 100% it’s about the same really. I fill my tank up and I can drive about 250 miles and have to fuel up again

yea you definitely will. I’m still trying to locates either w Hughes intake or edlebrock intake to get rid of the stock kegger. I thought about cutting the runners out and sending it. And I need a 52mm throttle body that no one seems to make anymore
