Default Why Denso or NTK/NGK O2 sensor?

Why are these brands recommended by most of you here rather than Bosch and others?

They don't work with our trucks. These are the only two that do

Yeah I'm trying to find why that is.

I'm running a Bosch right now with no problems for the last 2k or so. The last Bosch I ran only worked for a couple hundred miles.

The 'other brand' O2 sensors don't seem to react fast enough, and also don't seem to be accurate in these trucks. Too many folks have reported problems when using them. Other folks (tiny minority) don't have any problems. Why that is, is a mystery to me.

Thanks, that's what I was wondering. I have a new Denso I want to use but it has the wrong plug. This is the second time in a row I ordered a Denso and got one with the wrong plug. I think I'm just gonna splice the right one on and be done with it.

NTK is OEM brand. Bosch works too. I ran one for several years. Don't waste sleep on it.
