Default ‘98 Truck with ‘00 replacement doors: window switch’s

New to the forum so I’m a bit unfamiliar with everything

After purchasing a driver and passenger replacement door for my 1998 2500, I throw the doors on about to paint and realize the plugs do not match as they changed to the “automatic” power windows in the later model years.

My question is what would be the easiest way to either swap the guts out of the old doors into the new doors, or is there a way to splice the wires, etc.

Just swap the guts from the old doors. That's what I had to do when I replaced them on my 96.
