I believe my check engine light bulb is burnt out. I have made sure to plug in my scanner and see no codes, but I ran the test dash test and it never came on. Also doesn't come on when turning on the vehicle. My question is the bulb an easy one to twist out and replace or is it something I would need to solder in? Thanks

 

On a 2000 the MIL is a LED soldered onto the cluster PCB. Weird though, LEDs rarely fail.
