Default 2001 1500 fuel pump

I just bought a 2001 1500 V8 that doesn't run. If I trickle some gas into the throttle body, it will run. I can't hear the fuel pump run. I looked in the fuse panel by the driver's door and the distribution center under the hood. I can't find a fuse for the fuel pump. I switched the fuel pump relay with the horn relay. The horn works with both relays. Is there a fuse somewhere, or fusible link? Can I power the fuel pump from the relay terminals to test it?

The load side (power to the fuel pump) has a 20A fuse in location 3 in the PDC. The control side has a 10A fuse in location 9 in the inside fuse panel.

Wiring diagrams and other service info here .

Regarding running the fuel pump without the relay you can jump pin 30 and 87 at the socket. The pump should run even with the ignition off.

Thanks, I couldn't find any bad fuses. I'll just tow it home and try jumping it when I have time. I probably should just order a fuel pump. I appreciate your help.
