Default Fluid Leak

My weekend went from good to wtf in a hurry. I replaced my entire rear differential this weekend. Well I decided to test my luck and go ahead and change my front differential fluid. All went well UNTIL I took it out for a drive. My front axle seal is now leaking badly. I tested the breather. All good. I now let some fluid out. Hope this fixes that issue. Or at least drastically slows it.

Also, now my transfer case has decided to leak. I'll post a picture of where it's coming from.

When I went to check it that rubber boot was all messed up. Also is the hole supposed to be on the bottom of the rubber boot or the topics? I'm hoping thats all it was. If it wasn't that, what could be my issue with the T case?

As a side note I have an extra one of these from my blown up T Case. So much fun.

Ignore the t case issues. Got the seal and will be replacing jt soon. As for the dreaded axle seal... the axle seal was the only thing I ever took my Jeep to the shop for. How bad is it in this truck? Does the ring and pinion stuff to come out? Maybe stop leak would help for now? If it's not terrible I could do it and save like $500

If you are going to replace one axle seal on the front axle. You should do both. Because they inside the axle assy. The ring gear would need to be removed and watch which shim go where. Because the is how the backlash adjustments are made.

There are several YouTube videos that show how the axle seal is replaced. Here is one example -
