1999 360 Laramie SLT. Something similar happened with me. I ended up taking it to an auto diagnostic shop. They had a hard time getting it to stop, naturally. They finally said that it was the main brain. I replaced it with a Mopar unit. It was expensive, $1400.00, but I didn't want to trust the off-brands. The computer used to get really hot, so I would pack it with ice and that seemed to help. But it kept getting worse and worse. After the computer swap, no more sudden shutdown. That was about 4 years ago.
