Default No crank when key is turned

Hey everyone! This is my first post here so I hope someone has some clue as to what my issue is.
99 Ram 1500 5.9 magnum. When I turn the key it won’t engage the starter. It will start if I bypass the relay (hot to starter) however, I don’t have any power windows, DRL or speedometer.
Figured it was the neutral safety switch so I replaced it and I still have the same issue.
Looking up more info, it could be the cam inside the transmission that operates the safety switch. Any other suggestions on what it could be? Before I go tearing into the trans?
TIA

Hold your horses, that doesn't make any sense. A defective neutral safety switch would not cause the power windows not to work. There is some other electrical issue.

Check fuses 2 and 10 in the PDC and the wiring to the ignition switch, the connector is known to come loose.

Yea don’t know why you jumped to the tranny. Start with fuses, then check for power, do the simple checks before throwing parts at it….if you have a heavy key ring the tumblers could be worn. Try wiggling key in ignition while trying to crank. Up, down side to side

That’s all been checked. New ignition switch, fuses are all good

I’ve already replaced the ignition switch. The fuses are all good

Grab the service manual for your truck from here. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W. See what the system that don't wanna work have in common. Go from there.
