Fuel injectors usually don't go bad...usually. They might need cleaning. Do you have a scanner that can read live data from the engine?

What kind of gas mileage are you getting? How old are the O2 sensors?

My 95 5.9 single cab short bed 4x4 that I bought with 187k and I did ALOT to that truck, all the best fluids, parts etc (did my own work) I got 8 maybe 9 mpgs on a good day. Same mileage when sold at 245k

my 2002 quad cab long bed 4x4 with 265/75/17 10 ply tires (5.9l 3rd gen with currently 158k) that I currently own gets 11-13mpgs….15 on a long consistent 55mph road (which there’s many here in maine)

these engines were built to work, not put put get good gas mileage

Huh? What are we looking for in the pics? Everything looks normal. Injectors don't go bad. Run some cleaner if you like. Keep tires aired up. Anywhere from 10-17mpg is normal.
