Question What's needed to replace the dash in a '96 Ram other than the new dash panel?

I'm trying to ensure that I get the parts I'm going to need to replace the original dash in my '96 Ram 2500, as its cracked in several places over its 25+ years of life. I've already purchased the new dash panel. I'm hearing that its also good to have a new heater core and four of part# 06504485AB (plastic retaining dash nuts). Are there any other parts that are needed to successfully perform the dash replacement other than lots of patience?

If you have a/c, might not hurt to do the evaporator core while you are in there.

So far, my A/C has been working well, however, the blend doors may need some attention. Does anyone know of any budget kits to address those?

Blend Door USA, a sponsor on this site, I do believe has kits to fix the doors in the 2nd gen heater box. (might even be aluminum. )
