Will a transfer case out of a 99 diesel be used behind a 5.2l gas engine trans



Hi I have a 2002 4×4 truck 5.9L with a automatic transmission. Will a automatic transmission off of a 5.7L engine work

You need the same the same style transfer case that came off your transmission, which should be a NP231. I believe NP241 was used on the diesel trucks.

What is the year and model of your truck?
