Default Fuel injector connector issues

2000 Ram 2500 V10.
Didn't drive for about 6 months.

I went to start it and it was throwing CEL
Ran diagnostics, AIT sensor and P0205.
Look under the hood, and a damn field mouse built a nest in the engine.
Chewed through the AIT sensor wire and #5 injector connector wire.
Partially chewed through #3.

No problem, order new connectors through RockAuto.

So I cut off injector #3 connector, and put in the new connectors.
Temp connect the wires to see if it clears the codes.

AIT is good now, but it now throws codes for #5 and #3.
I will take a DVOM to it as soon as we get some decent weather, but could there be an issue with the new connectors?
Seems odd that #3 was fine with a partially chewed wire, but with a new connector it is coding P0203....

You may need to replace the injectors. But I would put fuel cleaner in the fuel tank and hope it cleans the tips of the injectors.
