Hello I'm new to dodge it's my first 2nd gen and i started the truck and it idles rough and behind the air box sounds like air is coming out it's loud behind the air box

 

Not to worry.
1. Take off the throttle body and clean it with carb cleaner. Take out the IAC in the back and clean it GENTLY without pushing the pintle (d!ck looking thing). This part controls idle.

2. Get a new front NTK oxygen sensor.

Good as new.

 

I know I am new the ram 360 as well. But I have learned that the Idol air temperature sensor is another one that are create a rough idol as well along with the the o2 and the idle air.

but just keep going and don’t give up once you get the truck running right it is such a great truck

Also take off air box, open throttle body and look into the intake, see oil? If so Plenums blown….
