Ah, rare-earth plugs. Dodge engines of that era simply aren't real friendly with 'em. Runs best with standard copper plugs.

Originally changed the plugs to ngk because I got the miss and assumed it badly needed plugs, and here I am not plugs wires packs and a lot of frustration later still has the miss

What plugs were in it before, and what kind of shape were they in?

If I remember correctly they may have been autolite, they didn't even look fouled just a little sooty, some like they were running lean

Try a power-balance test. See which cylinders have the least effect on how it runs, then maybe shuffle a couple injectors on the drivers side, and see if the problem follows the injectors..... (I know the passenger side just isn't doable without a LOT of extra work....)

Next time I get the chance when I starts running off I'll try unplugging the wires from the coil packs it's the easiest to get to them from there, while I was checking spark with the timing light halfway through started running smoothly which is where the problem lies, the fact that it almost won't even let me find what's wrong
