Default LED Headlights

I am having issues with my 2000 Dodge Ram 1500, I changed the headlight assemblies in truck and put 9004 LED bulbs in, now when I turn on my lights my low beams are my high beams and my high beams are my low beams, also when I turn on my fog lights I cannot get my low beams to even work and my high beam indicator on dash stays lit up dimly until I turn the fog lamps off. Also cannot change from Low to High with fog lights on. Was I suppose to get 9007 LED bulbs instead? The info on truck calls for 9004's. Can anyone help with problem please.

It's the bulbs. Chinese products usually that the high and low beam wire reversed. Either but better led bulbs (retrofit source) or de pin the headlight plugs and switch the two wires.

I had the same issue on my 00 grand prix except it was one bulb out of the 2 that was switched.
