Rear diff fluid?

01 Ram 1500 4x4 with 4:10 rear end. 237,000 miles. What rear diff fluid would you recommend? Thanks.

Default

80W90 for regular use. 75W140 if you do a lot of towing/hauling. May need the friction modifier as well, if you have the limited slip diff.
