Strange about the link - its a Gearwrench 3343D Engine/Automatic Transmission Oil Pressure Check Kit - should be able to find it on Amazon or via Google.

I just clicked on the link in email and it took me to the kit you speak of. That looks very close to the one at harbor freight. I did go out today to clear the code on the dodge and it didn't clear I guess or came right back up? I did a couple of checks and found putting it into manual low gear and it moved like normal not sluggish at all but when put into drive. It was sluggish again so my guess at this point in drive it is basically starting it in second gear in auto mode. I may have just gotten a bad solenoid or both. The eBay seller is sending me both so I just may try doing a replacement of them and see what happens. If same issue arises, then invest in a pressure kit to see what may be going on. I need to put a drain in the pan anyway.

Might want to not buy questionable parts off ebay (cheap china ) Unless they state the brand/details. You are checking 1 psi increments, So a 20 psi gauge is fine just don't go over 20 mph. 1 psi = 1 mph. You can get a gauge anywhere and the fittings to make what you need.

It's questionable yes but so far most of what I have bought from there has worked out. I did some thinking and decided to go ahead and get the tester and see what it say's. I believe the pressure test should give a better idea of what's not only ahead but hopefully it will run good enough ti I can save up the ash for a complete rebuild in the end. Keeping finger crossed here. Thanks for advice and help guys.

Well today raining off and on so I just went ahead in between rain showers replace both governors and she is shifting pretty smooth. Once it was warmed up and made sure fluid was full. I ran it for 5.2 miles about 13 minutes and it ran really good. It about miles to my job so I may run it then and see how it does. It needs a good run since it sat so long. I may do a longer ride later tonight and see how it does but I feel it good progress.
