Default 95 Dodge Ram Disc Brake Conversion

Anyone know any kits to swap the back drum brakes to a disc brake on a 1995 dodge ram 1500

Find a later model disc brake rear axle and swap the complete rear. You will need to re-use the ABS speed sensor from the old rear. I did this for my '96 Ram 2500 4x4 truck. I found a later model Dana 60 that had disc brakes and swapped it over. Did not change the master cylinder or anything else other than using the ABS speed sensor from the old rear axle.

Also, make sure that the axle ratio is the same as the original rear axle, especially if your truck is a 4x4. The front and rear axle ratios must match if its a 4x4.

The hole the sensor plugs into on the rear should be the same size. The electrical connector is different on the later year sensors, based on what I experienced.
