What is the timeframe that all this happened ? Truck was running for a couple of months or only a few days ? One thing you can try is disconnect the connector at the transmission and see if the PCM comes back to life, also check if any wiring was pinched/damaged when the transmission was changed. While PCMs do fail more often it is a power/ground issue that makes them unresponsive.

3 days to be exact, I will remove connector go from there, I don't remember ground wire/cable going to trans.I will check out. I double checked and cleaned all connectors. If you suggest trying to find ground short , Im on it.
Thanks

One other thing my reader powers up, takes a while to read then comes back as error can not communicate.

Think I would look at the back of the motor, see if a wire harness got pinched between the engine and trans.
