Will a automatic transmission 2004 with a 4.7 switch to a 98 with a 5.9

From what I've read else where the electronics are different they changed the wiring from 98 to 99 and then from 2000 to 2002 then 03 nd up are different as well

Doubtful. Stick with a 46RE with '98 electronics and you should be golden or rebuild the transmission from the '98 truck.
