I'm hearing sucking sounds coming from my throttle body and when you give it gas it boggs down really bad

Clean the throttle body. Actually take it off, thoroughly clean it, and reinstall. Leave the battery disconnected while you do so. When you have it all back together, turn the ignition to "on", (not start) count to ten, (don't touch anything) then start the truck. Should figure out idle fairly quickly.
