Default White, maybe blue smoke from exhaust

My 5.2 magnum puffs out alot of smoke on startup and everytime I give it gas, It looks white with a tint of blue but it could be just white. Everytime I disconnect the pcv valve hose the smoke dies down quite a bit and comes back when I connect the hose again, I'm just trying to figure out what the engine is burning and why it's burning it

Oil, Don't know where the blue smoke thing came from but if it's burning oil or antifreeze it will still be white. Smelling it is a dead giveaway.

Oil can quite often have a blue color in my experience

As for the OP, have you cleaned or replaced your air filter? could be sucking from the crankcase due to a restricted filter, other sources could be worn rings, valve stem seals, plenum gasket. When your checking your air filter you could remove the housing and look down the throttle body, oil in the intake is good sign of a plenum gasket, unless of course the pcv hose is full of oil from the engine trying to suck it through

Nevermind the pcv hose, I believe it was just a coincidence.. but I think it's burning coolant cause it doesn't start smoking until the truck is warmed up enough to start circulating coolant, I'm just not sure where coolant could be leaking

If it's burning coolant, either intake gaskets, or headgaskets.

Don't forget about those pesky valve stem seals. Especially bad just after start up. I understand that after warm up is the worst, but if the valve stem seals are shot...

Have you checked your fluids to see what you are consuming?
