Has anyone bought and installed a Move bolt on front bumper and how do you like it?

I'm not sure you're gonna get much response...so here's a bump as I veer off-course a bit:

Are they selling bolt-on stuff now? I thought their whole business model was kits that the final user welds up?

I see a lot more of their stuff in my corner of CO these days, including two at my local powdercoater the other day. I've always liked the concept for a beginning foundation because I'm too busy to build one from scratch, so I always figured I could order their base model, weld it up and modify as desired (I'd definitely delete their name plate, which they also used to offer as an option for more $$....but I can sub in a blank plate myself)

Anyway I hope you get more 2nd Gen specific replies than my general ramblings above.

I had no idea what a "Move bolt on front bumper" even was so had to google it. For others here is the link. There is no way i would spend $800 for what i could make for a fraction of that price! They are out of their minds.
