Default Idols at 2000 RPM won't drop back down

Have a 98 Dodge 1500 4x4 5.2 l ran fine last night jump started it this morning, immediately went up to 2000 RPMs won't drop back down, can't find any vacuum leaks, the throttle appears to be all the way closed, I don't know what to do with it somebody help please.

Charge the battery up full first. Low voltage can cause some odd and strange side effects.
