Default 46re extremely loud clunk

Hey I just swapped a 46re transmission into my dodge Dakota with the 5.2 Magnum. When the transmission is cold it works very well and everything seems to be normal, however when the transmission is warm it will not crawl at all when idleing in gear and has to reved to about 1500 rpm to start crawling. Once I start moving at about 2000 rpm there is a loud huge clunk noise and a jarring almost like neutral dropping at 3500rpm. Truck runs and shift fine after that, this also happens if I take foot off the gas and idle down to take a corner then soon as I hit the gas to accelerate after the corner theres the clunk and jar again. I went through the transmission before the swap cleaned the valve body and made sure bands were adjusted proper have bran new atf plus 4 in and a new filter as well as new torque converter. I am stumped as what could be causing this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Did you adjust tv cable? And how’s the mount? I just replaced mine as I had a clunk, the rubber on my mount didn’t look great so I changed, when I took it apart I found mine was actually broken, one of the ears was broke right off and all the rubber was separated, didn’t look like it was broken when it was installed, it was when I took apart it fell apart

Also, check your transmission and motor mounts to ensure they aren't deteriorated and causing the transmission and/or motor to raise and lower violently....
