The elbow on the throttle body looks good no cracks or leaks. Key on engine off Map reads 29 (inHg) while at idle it's at 10 (inHg). If I rev the engine it drops to 7-8 (inHg).

Ok, that actually sounds fairly correct..... Curious what it compares to that makes it think it's too high..... (voltage)

MAP sensor screws directly into the intake above the throttle body. There is no plumbing for obvious reasons. That elbow is part of the vapor purge. Should be fed the same 5 volts the TPS gets. Short of just throwing a new sensor on you'll need a voltmeter and the factory 'Powertrain Diagnostics' manual which defaults to Chrysler tech scanner use, but has a lot of useful information,or perhaps somebody with experience to help.
Air temp sensor is the one down low behind A/C compressor.

Very informative thanks ! Now is it a constant 5v or just with the key on?

Should only see 5 volt feed with key on.

Ok I just put the new map sensor in and I am getting 5v with the key on. So let's see what happens tomorrow 🤷
