Ive been looking at these air intakes on ebay they are an off brand and probably from china. But they are only about $50 - 60 and that includes the shipping. My question is has any one bought one of these? Are they any good? Are they worth it?



I have 01 dodge ram 4 x 4 w/5.9 with a 4" lift and mickey thompsons all around

 

save your time and money and get you a K&N FIPKII its worth it..trust me

 

I was about to buy one tell I read the reviews on e-bay about the stores. every one said they did not fit and on the 2ed gen dodge rams, the intakes are a pain so i dont think they would fit right. (oh yea they look like they are made out of tin to)

 

like i siad... save you rmoney and go with K&N... they arnt just expensive for no good reason... you pay for what you get.. always!

 

I got one on ebay for something like $40. It is worth it for the air hat and the filter. Toss the rest and make your own cold air system. That is what I did and with the money I saved instead of buying the K&N I was able to buy some other toys for the truck.
