Why does the front of my truck body shift to the right when I turn my wheels to the left

You're sure the body is shifting on the frame? Typically steering wouldn't affect the body unless your frame has considerable damage/rust/cracked or missing crossmembers

If you have a 4x4, check the front track bar, for loose bolts, worn bushing on the axle end and ball joint at the frame end. Or, if you have an aftermarket track bar made from chinesium, check that it's not broken in half like I had.
Get someone to turn the steering wheel and look what's happening under there.

The tires move thru an arc, which isn't necessarily centered under the center of the tire...... so, side to side movement is not unusual.
