Default 2000-2001 24v Cummins dodge Ram 3500 no start.

Hi I searched for no start related to hitting a bump but couldnt find any.

I crossed the bumpy train tracks any my truck died suddenly like I'd turned off the truck. Now it wont start to save my life.

I changed the lift pump I'd been putting off and no change. After I changed that I got a little white smoke and it acted like it may start for 10 seconds, but then no smoke and only cranked.
I cracked the fuel lines at the head and all lines are spitting fuel.
Battery is fully charged.
Its 75 degrees outside.
I had a TPS code last week I'm waiting on the replacement.

Any ideas? I need my truck for work. Thanks!
J

If you don't have one yet, grab the service manual for your truck from here. I do believe there are some troubleshooting steps in there. I don't know squat about diesel.....

I'd check grounds and any loose connections.
