My air is stuck on defrost. Even if I try and turn the **** to vents it only comes out the defrost. The temperature changes but it's stuck. Help please

 

Vacuum problem. The thin plastic line in the engine compartment gets brittle with age, and likes to break. Probably right near where it goes into the dash, by the A/C lines. Fix that, and you vents will start working again.
