Key fob programming
I have had my vin ran and I have keyless entry on my 99 dodge 2500 Cummins I purchased a fob but the techs at dodge could not get there scanner to work is there any way to program a key without the original fob or scanner

I'd suggest searching YouTube. If it can be done, I bet someone posted a how-to video there. I learned the way to program a FOB for a Toyota on YouTube a while back via a video...
