Timing cover
I've got some pics here, although in this thread I deliberately left the wp attached (4 of the wp bolts run through and anchor the cover)
There are also a couple vertical oil pan bolts you have to pull.

Silly question, but you removed the water pump and harmonic balancer didn't you? Like Keith L said, there are a couple of bolts underneath on the oil pan. They can be stuck on there pretty good at times.
I'd look for slop in the timing chain while I was in there. You've already done most of the work so I'd replace it if it has quite a few miles on it, Now, if you just replaced it and the cover is leaking.......
And please, replace the timing chain and gear set with a good double roller timing chain and gear set. If your existing timing chain and gears haven't been done before, you will typically recoup some lost engine power with the restoration of accurate timing of the engine.
