Default A/C Clutch Not Receiving Power HELP!!!

Working on my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9L Cummins 24v. I pulled the entire dash to replace the heater core, evaporator, both hi and low lines, condenser, and compressor. I tested the A/C Clutch relay, fuses, did a jumped/bypassed on the original cut-off switch located on the low pressure line and still no luck. System is holding a vacuum and was able to add in only one can of 134a before realizing the clutch is not engaging. Checked the power with my multi-meter to find no power going into the a/c clutch. Lastly, I also removed an AstroFlex remote start & alarm system with clutch bypass.

PLEASE HELP ME!

You need to see if the relay is engaging when the ac is on, If so follow power to the switches then the compressor.
