Looking for power and no idea what I知 buying but know how to work and add stuff on
I have a 99 ram 1500 5.2 4x4 and I am looking to add more power like fuel injectors a small cam and new headers and a 3 layer head gasket if possible and a better exhaust system and a better upgraded transmission can any point out all them parts for me like a part number of exactly what I need to buy and I can just put it in the motor I知 am lost honesty and learn how the parts work

Injectors won't add power, but, they may recover power the engine has lost over time. Cam will also require a custom tune, given yours is a 99, that is possible. Headers/free flowing exhaust is never a bad idea. 
There are MANY upgrades for the 46RE trans.... you can stuff it full of 47RE parts, extra clutches and steels, billet parts, etc. Keep in mind though, that is not inexpensive......
Swapping in a 5.9 would give you some more power... building a 408 from that 5.9 would give you quite a bit more power. Of course, horsepower is not cheap.
There are MANY upgrades for the 46RE trans.... you can stuff it full of 47RE parts, extra clutches and steels, billet parts, etc. Keep in mind though, that is not inexpensive......Swapping in a 5.9 would give you some more power... building a 408 from that 5.9 would give you quite a bit more power.
