Default 7 pin wiring harness

I need a 7 pin trailer wiring harness adapter for my 1997 1500. Would prefer plug and play. What do y’all recommend.

If it didn't come with one originally, you will still have to run the brake wire..... Talk to the dealer, see if you can get a part number for the harness from them.

If you do procure the part number for the trailer wiring harness for trucks that didn't come with the towing package, please post that part number here in this thread.

I’ll post when I find it. I’m definitely going to need brakes for the trailer I’m restoring.
