Not sparkalator but the one that you have to pull when you change the transmission shift solenoids? I can't even see it? I know where it should be but it's a real problem for this old guy.
Tempted to cut a hole in the floor pan to reach it.

I am open to a good idea on how to do this, I am waiting for the new parts to arrive so I'm not in a great hurry yet.

Drivers side, about halfway back on the trans, plugs straight down into what would be the top of the valve body. 8 pin, round plug. (not that you can really see it..... ) If you have 4x4, it's even more fun to find, and then get your hand in there to disconnect it. If you can't find it, drop the pan, and you will see where it goes thru the trans body, to the external plug.
