Rad leak
If it's a factory clamp, try replacing it with a worm clamp and tighten it enough to see if the leak stops. If the lower radiator hose is old, it could be soft and need to be replaced. The radiators do expire after a while - the newset 2nd gen trucks are 20+ years old. They typically leak around the plastic tanks that are crimped/sealed onto the aluminum core. Personally, I replaced my radiator with an all-aluminum radiator to try to avoid that issue. Some folks enjoy getting a factory style replacement radiator (plastic tanks + aluminum core) with a lifetime warranty, if a radiator is needed. Your choice..

it’s not leaking below the drain plug it’s leaking at the spout beside it . I tried getting a pic with a drip coming from it but some times it takes awhile
I can't say I specifically recall using an OEM petcock on a 2nd Gen but the few I've handled often have o-rings. It's conceivable an o-ring dried out or split.
Many mechanics don't touch the petcock as a matter of SOP because they seize up and then snap. I learned the hard way (on other makes) and no longer risk it, esp on customers' vehicles. I just pull the lower rad hose if possible if I need to drain a cooling system.
POINT BEING, see if you can source an entire replacement before you disturb it. As much as it pains me, Dorman often sells replacements because of the fact the plastic ones break so often. My local Autozone stocked the Dorman/HELP! for an '05 Escape.

ya I’m.not a fan of that pet ****. But if the o ring is failed how come it’s leaking on the side of that spout instead of the bottom of the petcock?
I wanted to change this rad out for an aluminum one but apparently they are non existent now such a shame
If it's leaking on the side it's either coming from above or the plastic is cracked around the spout
