Hi Everyone,
I need your help. I am replacing the intermediate axle shaft, due to the needle bearing failing. The bearing is a needle bearing located on the left side of the CAD housing (where the passenger side shaft and intermediate shaft connect for 4 wheel drive.) see attached picture I got off of the internet.
When I received the parts from the dealer, I received a bearing/bushing that is a compositeplastic material - non moving. The dealer insists that it is the correct part, and maybe they have just changed it from bearing to bushing. There was a needle bearing in there because I spent an hour getting the pieces out with a magnet!
Can anyone help me here?

i dont know but the dealers dont have a clue sometimes. i broke the snap ring that goes on my transfer case and after trying about 14 different ones it didnt fit. they said they have never seen it before even though it came off there damn transfer case.
