Default Driving me crazy!

So I have a 98 dodge ram 1500. I’ve replaced the tensioner pulley because it was making like this clicking sound while in drive ,but only when I’m at a dead stop it does it. I replaced the tensioner pulley and still does it. Any help?

Sure it was the tensioner pulley/bearing and not the belt? Could it possibly be the water pump bearing? Do you happen to have a video clip with the hood open with the noise that you're hearing that you can share in this post?

I installed a brand new water pump about 2 months ago. I can have a video up in about an hour or so. The sound is coming from the tensioner pulley. When it’s in park it doesn’t make the noise, but when I’m in Drive or in Reverse it makes it.

If it's definitely coming from the tensioner, take it back and get another one. Wouldn't be the first time that a part was defective out of the box...

I’ve replaced the entire tensioner pulley assembly, twice.

It may be because it's new, Seems any time i put on a new belt it makes noise until it wears in.
