Default Bucking and loss of power

I have a issue with the 2001 Dodge 5.9l cummins 2500. Has 172,600 miles.
Truck began bucking and losing power on acceleration. Checked fuel pressure, was 4psi. Replaced fuel lift pump and water separator filter. New PSI 12-14 PSI

Performed next suggesiton - Replaced Throttle Position Sensor - helped but started bucking and loosing power after about 15miles.

Performed Next suggestion - Replaced Camshaft Position Sensor - became worse after this suggestion. Now bucking and loosing power immediately
Codes thrown during test drive after replacing Camshaft Position Sensor.

P-PCU code
1693-Turbocharger Control Circuit Malfunction

P- ECU codes
0122 - Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit low Input
0216 - Fuel Injection Pump Timing Failure
0370 - Timing reference High - Resolution Signal A Malfunction
1690 - Waste-gate Solenoid Circuit Malfunction

Any suggestion on next step is greatly appreciated.

Many thanks. I bought this truck with 60K miles on it from my Dad and only use it occasionally to run to town. It has sentimental value to me due to Dad being gone. Really do not want to take it into the dealer.

Verify what voltage you are getting TO the TPS, and whatever it uses for timing reference. (a sensor somewhere. no clue which one though.)
