Default quad cab rear door hinge pins/bushings

This is not a "how to" question - hinge pin and bushing replacement seems pretty straight forward, but more of a "where" can I find new ones question...

I have an '01 Ram 1500 quad cab and can't find any info anywhere on replacing the rear door hinge pins and bushings, or even any one that makes the parts. The measured size is ~3.25" long (both top and bottom), but only ~.329" in diameter (hard to get a good measure, especially considering they are painted. Can't find any spec anywhere on what they should be. (The specs on the front hinges are 3.25" long, but the diameters are .373", and the bushing's OD is .495").

I can't believe no one has ever had to replace the hinges on the rear, but I can't find any talk about it , anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check and see if the front pins/bushings are the same size. I can find front ones just about everywhere, but, no one seems to list the rears.....

They are very close to (if not the same) length, but the diameter is off, by more than a mm. And the bushings seem smaller, from what I can tell with the hinges still on the car.

Have you called the dealer, see if you can get a part number.

Maybe grab fresh bushings/pins and have them machined. I had to do this on a GMT400 recently when the aftermarket pins were simply made WRONG. As long as they start off too big it's always easier to remove material than put it back.

As my instructor would say to mock kids in school: "I cut it down three times and it's still too small."
