Default 2nd gen running right-ish but idle?

2001 ram 1500 4x4, So when i first start my truck it runs and idles fine but maybe at 2 mins of idle RPM goes down and up (making it sound like it’s cammed), and then will shut off but when I turn it on again it runs perfectly fine and idle fine as long as i need it to idle. Also putting my foot on gas will help it from idling out but not really. Cleaned throttle body and will be replacing IAC and MAP. Is there any reason why this could be happening or maybe replacing IAC would fix it? I also recently got a code p1494 for evap leak but i don’t think it could be that or i could be mistaken. Any Comments or tips will be appreciated. Thanks in Advance

I would be more tempted to replace the front O2 sensor, than anything else..... Generally, it takes about two minutes after a cold start for the PCM to start paying attention to it.
