Hey everyone have an issue with a 97 ram 1500
Looks like there are separate switches in the turn signal switch for front and rear.... (assuming I am reading the diagrams right......) that send power to the bulbs. Verify that you are actually GETTING power to the front bulbs.... Running lights, and turn signals use the same ground.... so, if running lights are working, looks like a bad multi-function switch.
That uses a 3157 bulb which has two elements, running and turn? still possible of a bad bulb, I didn't see where OP checked the bulb. I know unlikely both going dead at the same time but it could happen
If the bulbs have been checked, then i would move to the grounding. if that checks out, i would start tracing from the fuse box as we all know that nest under the fuse box can break. But again start simple pull the bulbs and visually check and also check the socket area.
