Default brake wear issues

Hi, i have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 5.2 2wd. ive recently installed new front brake pads, rotors, caliper brackets, and calipers, i noticed that the right front outer pad is only contacting the outer half of the rotor surface. the RF wheel does not spin as freely as the LF wheel as is something in the brakes is binding. ive come to a conclusion that i may have a bad brake hose limiting flow out of the caliper causing it to grab, but as for the contact area of the pads on the rotors im not sure. does anyone have any experience with this issue??

Thanks

is the outboard pad mounted properly? All the bolts tight?

Replacing the soft lines sounds like a good idea. They are notorious for breaking down internally, and becoming one way valves.
